His will-power is so strong he can use it to control other Pokemon like Zubat.

History: Golbat actually came to Leon one night trying to drain his blood, a bold and hardly ever done move for a Golbat. But he was brave and strong, Leon ended up catching him which Golbat loathed. Leon noticed Golbat's amazing and strong will-power and used it to teach him with many years of training to use his SuperSonic to control his pre-evoloution Zubat.
